Minecraft
I often build structures in Minecraft, it helps to exercise the part of my brain that enjoys sculpting worlds and 3D work. These "builds" were created for multiplayer servers that are currently online. If you're not familliar with Minecraft, each of the blocks has been placed by hand to create a world for players to run around and explore.
The setting is an underground prison where players have to work to earn ranks and eventually escape.

"Self Portrait" sculpture project 2014
Materials: Cardboard, Aluminium wire & Acrylic paint
Roughly based on a horse skull, the designs have subtle messages about emotions, likes and dislikes of the wearer (me).
Art Direction/ Leadership
In November 2014 I was appointed Art Director of the Christmas Experience at Castlecomer Discover Park. I had to design a style for murals and games that would be surrounding visitors who went to visit Mr & Ms Claus. I lead 4 design students who both made new designs based on the style I had created for the set following my direction, and completed designs that I had already marked out.
